This Agreement
The party responsible for this License Agreement is THE DESIGN FUTURIST (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “THE DESIGN FUTURIST”).
Permitted Uses
You are permitted to use our products in both personal and commercial projects, whether for yourself or for your clients.
Components & Code Overrides
You may use components and code overrides in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects.
Templates
Unlike components, each template is licensed for use in one (1) website only.
You must purchase additional licenses to use the same template on multiple websites.
Prohibited Uses
Resale or redistribution of our products or REMIX links is strictly prohibited under this license.
You may not distribute our resources—whether free or paid—or share REMIX links with any third party, except when transferring a completed website to a client.
Even if you modify our resources, you are still prohibited from distributing or selling them. No form of modification grants distribution rights.
You may not distribute or sell any part of our resources separately, including code snippets, UI components, or design sections.
You may not replicate, adapt, or transform our resources—including code or designs—for use on other platforms (e.g., Webflow) outside of Framer.
THE DESIGN FUTURIST uses DMCA copyright protection services and performs regular monitoring.
We reserve the right to issue takedown requests for unauthorized use, distribution, or sale of our products, and we may pursue legal action, including monetary damages, in the event of infringement.
Refunds & Liability
Our products are digital goods, and purchases are considered final once payment is completed.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances after the transaction has been processed.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of our products.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
By continuing to use our resources after such changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.
