Parties to This Agreement
The party responsible for this License Agreement is THE DESIGN FUTURIST (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” "our", or “THE DESIGN FUTURIST”).
Permitted Uses
You are permitted to use our products in both personal and commercial projects, whether for yourself or for your clients. Your usage rights depend on your membership status
Non-Members (Single-Purchase) Each product purchased individually is licensed for use on one (1) website only. If you need to use the same product across multiple websites, you must purchase a separate license for each individual site.
Members (Standard&Pro) Members grant unlimited-website usage for all available products. You are permitted to use our products on an unlimited number of websites with no further license purchases required.
Prohibited Uses
Resale or redistribution of our products—including direct REMIX links—is strictly prohibited.
You may not distribute our resources (whether free or paid) or share REMIX links with any third party, except when transferring ownership of a completed website to a client.
Modifying our resources does not grant you distribution rights. You remain strictly prohibited from selling or redistributing any altered versions of our products.
You may not isolate, distribute, or sell any individual part of our resources separately, including code snippets, UI components, or design sections.
Our resources are built exclusively for Framer. You may not replicate, adapt, or port any of our code or designs for use on other platforms (e.g., Webflow).
THE DESIGN FUTURIST uses DMCA copyright protection services and performs regular monitoring.
We reserve the right to issue takedown requests for unauthorized use, distribution, or sale of our products, and we may pursue legal action, including monetary damages, in the event of infringement.
Refunds & Liability
Our products are digital goods, and purchases are considered final once payment is completed. Because our products are delivered instantly as digital assets, we do not offer refunds, and THE DESIGN FUTURIST is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our resources.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our resources after such changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.
